The location of the project contributes to recreating an urban grid, while also raising the question of how to repurpose large abandoned industrial sites. To give the district a new identity, we propose a single programme, extending to the boundaries of the building line, around a central garden, which is open, airy and diverse. The sporadic emergence of tall constructions serves the quality of the flat units: the upper parts of the project provide an opportunity to introduce individuality in an apartment building, while also providing a clear view of the cityscape. They create an astonishing urban landscape, where constructed forms and greenery make up a new and attractive skyline.
