The project takes the form of an urban micro-development, meant to connect a park, that was previously very isolated, to a busy street in the city centre. As a result, a pathway was carved in across the middle of the lot and now provides easy access to its heart, creating an unusual landscape. On either side of this path, two distinct types of units were built: to the North, a two-storey building that runs across the site and a mesh of interlocking houses. Each unit opens onto a large terrace area, either to the front or the rear. The most iconic, the one that extends across the façade of the main building, is clad in open-jointed battens, and extends the living room with an additional space of some 20 sqm.
