A symbol of progress that aims to throw light on a hive of innovation.
In a maritime environment governed by an extreme climate, the urban project adapts and produces its energy by making use of local resources. Sun, wind and water naturally meet its needs. Connected by a monorail, the three buildings rise up from the centre of a large park generously planted with local trees and plants. A wide shaded promenade crosses through the middle of the park and gives access to the terraces, greenhouses, play areas and amphitheaters within this space.
