Following its contribution to the Paris 2024 Games, PPX Architectes will continue its work on the legacy of major sporting events through the development of the Athletes’ Village in Saint-Jean-de-Sixt for the 2030 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games. Located at the entrance to Saint-Jean-de-Sixt, on the site of a former campsite and holiday center along Route du Crêt, the project will accommodate more than 14,000 sq m of floor area. It will host nearly 1,000 athletes during the Games before transforming into a new 75-home-hamlet, a hotel, a holiday center, a multi-purpose facility, as well as public and landscaped spaces.
