Located on parcel 8B of the “ZAC du Pré Gauchet” development zone, this future urban block will accommodate a 17-story building entirely dedicated to social housing. Driven by a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, the project will offer a wide range of unit typologies designed to meet the varied needs of the residents: including seniors, residents under 30, people with reduced mobility, and individuals with disabilities. The project ensures a smooth transition between existing buildings and new developments with a particular focus on the quality of pathways and circulation through the site. On the opposite side of the parcel, overlooking the shared garden, a timber-structured hall accommodates offices and retail spaces.
