The project is located in Medina, in close proximity to the holy sites, as part of an ambitious strategy to expand the city’s hotel offering.
The brief brings together a high-end hotel and private office spaces within a single development. A volume rises along the main street, acting as an architectural landmark, while the main entrances are positioned on the neighbourhood side, creating a quieter and more intimate arrival.
The two programmes are brought together through a unified architectural language and organised around a central courtyard, creating a cool and sheltered heart at the centre of the building. The public level, which includes the swimming pool, opens onto privileged views towards the holy sites, offering guests and users a unique and peaceful experience.
