In Rennes, within the Guines district, our project is transforming a former military site into a living neighbourhood. It includes 126 homes spread across four buildings, designed like stacked houses. Each through-apartment opens onto clear views and generous outdoor spaces. Interlacing balconies, double-height volumes, recesses and thresholds: here, a home is not just a floor plan, it’s a place to live. Alleys, pedestrian paths, gardens and green roofs bring life to shared spaces where nature and gentle mobility blend into everyday life. The 96 parking spaces are tucked discreetly underground, leaving the ground floor open.
