The project, located in phase two of the Confluence ZAC (mixed development zone) and positioned right next to the Sainte-Blandine-Perrache district in Lyon, is the result of a synthetic and cohesive approach to connect it with the surrounding areas populated with individual homes. The building consists of three parts: the ground floor, level with the railway line, a crenellated block offering balconies and loggias, and a protruding structure that provides a beat in the neighbouring skyline. The envelope enclosing the buildings has a dual role: providing both thermal control and versatile exteriors, which can easily accommodate the needs of residents in all seasons and for any occasion.
