Located at the doorstep of the Beaujolais vineyards, the project contributes to the revitalisation of one of the city’s gateways. The project’s layout was shaped by the desire to pre-serve and emphasise the existing landscape. A corolla of trees defined the pentagonal shape of the building, lending the project its architectural identity. The building offers high-quality housing, both in terms of orientation and range of configurations. All of the interior layouts provide generous living spaces complemented by vast exteriors. The choice of materials brings a minimalist, timeless and durable expression to the building. The concrete envelope is stained, creating a sense of outright minerality that complements the surrounding plant life.
