Located in the development zone ZAC Austrasie, this project offers a unique interpretation of Nancy’s architectural codes for a commercial building. Overhanging roofs with wood-clad undersides, rounded angles, exposed structure, patterned mineral facades… The building’s optimal depth and a U-shaped layout create a vast central courtyard, allowing for greater privacy and easier cross-ventilation. Special attention has been given to workplace well-being, which is why the tiered design incorpo-rates terraces facing south/southwest at every level. Designed as a reversible development, the building can be converted from offices into housing for future uses.
