The Block 8B project, located in Euronantes, responds to the strategic challenge of linking the existing built fabric with the urban renewal project. It creates a gentle transition for pedestrians, while incorporating landscaping elements to promote rainwater management and biodiversity. The architecture is characterized by simple-looking volumes and a facade that reflects Faubourg-style codes on each floor. A mixed concrete and wood structure and flexible interior and exterior spaces ensure high thermal and environmental performance. The creation of a hall at the foot of the tower lends a singular, warm touch to the project as a whole, and to the district in general. Its structure offers great flexibility, making it easy to adapt its programming.
