This development is located opposite the old Boucicaut hospital, now repurposed into a school, with a 3,500 sqm park stretching in between. The three parts of the project were organised around a vast outdoor space: a “new Parisian courtyard”, both open and accessible to everyone. The building’s height is limited by a unique device: two “clouds” of apartments opening onto carefully-positioned balconies overlooking the surrounding landscape. The courtyard serves the various blocks distributed in the four corners of the plot. Each part forms a compact volume, complete with various types of exteriors (loggias, balconies, shared rooftops).
