SOCIAL RESIDENCE, PANTIN

The project consists of a sequence of four buildings whose scale is in harmony with the spirit of the neighborhood. The design proposes a linear layout divided into four entities. Three of these buildings are separated by recessed gaps, while the fourth, rising to four stories, is also set back to align perfectly with the adjacent building. This arrangement aims to adapt the overall volume to its context, creating a coherent scale and contributing to the redefinition of the street. Special attention has been given to the façade materials, using facing brick and stained concrete. Additionally, a thoughtful layout of the prefabricated façade panels has been implemented, ensuring continuity in architectural language with the neighboring façades.
