The architectural challenge of the project is to achieve subtle integration and reconfigure the existing local fabric to breathe new life into the area. Our urban approach takes advantage of the site’s topography and develops various strategies to inhabit and enhance this sloping site. Designed to ensure a very high quality of living, both inside and outside, the spaces are generous and offer views of the sea and moun-tains, which weave between the staggered plan of the buildings. This layout contributes to the construction of an uninterrupted line, accom-modating businesses while ensuring the balance of this new urban component.
