Located to the north of the Confluence, this new block is part of the reclamation of abandoned railway land. A real piece of the city, it combines housing, offices, a day care center and a medical center around a vast garden. While respecting the pre-existing urban fabric, the operation aims to be environmentally exemplary by proposing a mixed construction principle composed of wooden “mantle walls”.
