NET POSITIVE TOWER, SAINT-ÉTIENNE

Located on a small plot on Rue Cugnot in Saint-Étienne, the project is a 16-floor mixed-use structure designed to accommodate residential, commercial and retail units, while also enabling significant operating cost savings. Future occupants will have access to energy free of charge, thanks to a positive energy design integrating nearly 1,400 sqm of photovoltaic panels on the facades and roof, and rainwater harvesting systems. In addition, the project uses FLEXI FLOOR, a hybrid low-carbon wood and concrete flooring technology, ensuring commercial-residential reversibility.
